Project Management

Our Project Managers are Prince II Practitioners and are experienced in selecting the best methodology and tools for delivering your project on time and on budget. We'll help you choose between Agile and Waterfall methods, develop a plan that is detailed enough to capture all the key milestones and dependencies but simple enough to be easy to understand and, most importantly, realistic to deliver.

The role of your Project Manager is to communicate with you effectively and to understand your priorities and needs. They're not there to act as a go-between, creating a barrier between you and our developers - where it's appropriate, we'll get you talking directly to the people working on the design, CSS and code implementation and they will have been carefully briefed on your objectives.

Project Managers are also focused on risk management and mitigation. No project is without risks and issues; the trick is managing them effectively and understanding what will make the project an overall success. We'll communicate these risks honestly and effectively, offering you options wherever appropriate, and our advice and guidance on how to mitigate and manage them.
