Title:    How do you remain relevant to your members?

(Hosted by our Head of Consultancy, Lawrence Clarke)

Date:    Thursday 10th June 2010

Time:    2pm to 4pm (1pm Registration / Lunch provided)

Venue:  The Wellcome Collection Conference Centre, Euston Road, London NW1 2BE

Format for the day

We would like you, the attendees, to drive the conversations on the day.  To get you going, we would like to explore four themes; Community, Content, Community and Commerce, and we have suggested a question for each theme below.

Communications – Do your staff and members know how to represent you on Social Media platforms?

Content – Are conversations driving your content and strategy?

Community – Are you listening, learning and linking to create benefit?

Commerce – Are you aware of new commercial opportunities?

In preparation for the day, it would also be beneficial if you could consider further questions under these themes. If you can supply these in advance it will ensure that your questions will be prioritised on the day.
