Community Metrics

Measuring the success of your online community involves more than just facts and figures. Our four-step plan helps you define what success looks like, gives you the tools to measure key benchmarks, helps you manage and nurture your online space and gives you a structured review of your progress with valuable advice and tips.

Community Metrics for Drupal

Some of your KPIs simply can’t be measured using traditional analytics tools, like Google Analytics or Webtrends. Our Community Metrics module for Drupal is designed specifically to record and report on the subtle changes in activity that make the difference between your community thriving and withering.

Metrics overview

Our Community Metrics module comes pre-configured with a range of measurements that we’ve found are beneficial in most communities, and you can build and customise your own measures, choosing content types, user roles, group membership filters, recording intervals and many other parameters. Integration with Google’s Chart API gives you crisp and attractive graphical representations of your results, with the ability to download Microsoft Excel data for analysis.
