A stale and stagnant community won't attract new contributors, and before long with the wrong approach, it will become harder and harder to generate an acceptable return on your investment. If you have the people and the time, but not the skills and experience, our mentoring and training programme can help. Our community managers will introduce your team to the techniques, pitfalls and good practice guidelines to help you navigate through the minefield of seeding, moderation, mediation and promotion. We can tailor a programme to your needs, using both face-to-face and online training and mentoring, and soon your team will be up and running.

Run off your feet?

We understand that in the early days of a community, it can be hard to justify the expense of a full-time community manager, but that doesn't mean you can't apply the right amount of care and nurture to your social media space. One of our community managers can take the reins on your behalf, applying tried and tested approaches to building momentum and value within the community. It doesn't have to be forever; many of our clients start out with a community manager provided by us, and move on to our mentoring programme later.
