What’s a healthcheck?

stethescopeIt’s a qualitative and quantitative review of your website, conducted by our experienced consultancy team.

First our consultants will carry out an overall quality review covering design, editorial, usability, navigation & structure, interactivity and social media adoption. You’ll be presented with an overall summary of the site, highlighting what is working well and which areas could be improved, as well as an action plan for delivering those improvements.

Next, we’ll assess the dynamics of your community by plotting core statistics on a graph and comparing them to benchmarks we’ve developed through working with our clients and our own online communities.

Finally we’ll present the results to you, deliver you a clear report outlining key areas for you to focus on, and discuss how you can deliver improvements to you site.
