As a SiftGroups Consultant, Helen helps our clients realise the benefits of engaging with online communities, and supports them in delivering and growing a successful online presence. She cares about business efficiency, intuitive online experience and helping clients focus on what is important to their customers and business.

Helen has been working with online communities since 2004 and joined SiftGroups from Cambridge based VBN (Virtual Business Networks). She specialises in user experience, information architecture and business analysis. Prior to this, Helen worked for Ordnance Survey, e-street.com and Landmark Information Group.
