Delivery Programme Manager

Deborah has been working in digital project management for over 10 years, and having worked through the ranks at a couple of other Bristol digital agencies as well as within SiftGroups, she heads up our project management team. She’s passionate about project management and although she’s a Prince II and MSP Practitioner, she will happily debate with anyone interested about the various merits of different project management methodologies.

She is constantly challenging the project management team to improve how they work with internal and client project teams, and guides the project managers on how to adjust their project management approach to suit the needs of specific projects and clients.

Day to day she monitors progress of all work across the agency at a high level and is involved in the HR and financial management of the business.
