Having spent the last ten years developing advertising business across Sift's portfolio of online communities, Andy has moved into a consulting role within SiftGroups to help other publishers achieve the same results.
Many publishers do not realise their full revenue potential by limiting their sales offering to simply 'banners and buttons'. Andy works to remedy this by:
- Helping sales teams realise the value of the audiences they’re selling (mindset, attitude etc)
- Developing innovative and engaging campaigns go way beyond simple 'banner and button' display campaigns
- Understanding the position of the online buyer (who may not be as confident in spending significant revenue online as they are with traditional media)
- Articulating campaign proposals in a way that inspires that confidence (and unlocking much more significant budgets)
